always find things hard to handle and manage. We tend to give up easily and not
try hard enough to keep trying. We human tend to give up easily. I for once
used to give up on silly things but it turned out that I shouldn’t do that at
the first place. Now let us look at a simple example, like you
are lazy to finish up your home work, you decide to let it be and end up with
an empty effort. You get nothing out of it. Yes that is an example on general
basis.
Agriculture
perspective on the other hand; a lot of agriculture related companies failed to
actually expend their business towards successful road but don’t forget there
are also companies that successfully manage their agriculture business towards
becoming the best agriculture companies. Yes it is just human nature. People
tend to give up easily on their efforts towards finding new development and
also finding ways to manage agriculture correctly. But there are also people
that keep on trying hard on improving towards better management in agriculture.
I believe this kind of people that we should
look up to and also learn from them. You
might ask how they do it. Well one of the ways to get better management in
agriculture specifically in administrative is by mastering Agriculture
Administrative Management. Yes you might ask what it is actually. I bet no want
actually know about this job. It is my responsibility to explain and make you
understand on this particular job.
What is Agriculture Administrative Management exactly? It is
a job where most of the people don’t even notice the existent of it. You might

well you manage your agro-industrial using the correct and proper
administrative management. You will for sure get into a business world. Let us
look for examples, for instance you will learn on accounting especially on
your agriculture business, process of administrative management in a company,
how well you manage your company using the correct administrative management

Why people choose to
work as Agriculture Administrative Management? In my belief there are reasons why people choose Agriculture
Administrative Management as a career. It might be common but it can be
classified into two levels. On the first level, they have deep interest towards
this area. They believe that with their passion on agriculture knowledge they
can contribute more on expanding the development of agriculture itself. This
kind of people loves what they are doing because they believe in their passion.
What I see from them that they will have a great future ahead because they are
pursuing jobs that they really put a lot of interests in it. These types of
people are rather hard to find nowadays because it is hard to get what you
truly wanted when it comes to job.
On the second level of
this explanation, they are also some of them actually wanted to explore on this
particular area. They are curios enough to know and not afraid to try new
things just like Agriculture Administrative Management. Yes it might be new for
us but it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try to get involve with it. These kinds of
people they truly want to learn what Agriculture Administrative Management
really is. They started to do research at the primary level, and as the time
goes, people start to like this particular job and finally they choose to work
in this particular job.

university that offers courses relating to this particular area. I am sure that
you will be profound that there are many universities offer this course inside

United States of America, they believe on the bright future waiting for their
students. Let us take The Agricultural Management Institute (AMI) for example,
they promotes new ways of thinking about farm business management and aims to
increase awareness, understanding and adoption of beneficial business
management practices by farmers. The AMI provides funding for projects that
develop business management tools, information, resources, and training for
farm families, farm managers, and farm business advisors. You can clear see
that even the university funded their students just to bring agriculture
development into a whole new level. There is also some variation in
the degree of hands-on training required of students. Most agriculture courses
will include at least one required work placement, and some universities even
have their own farms. The UK’s Aberystwyth
University, for instance, operates more than 2,500 acres of farmland. While
many agriculture graduates go on to roles where mud and manure are less regular
elements (management, research, and consultancy), any student considering this
subject should definitely be comfortable with spending time outdoors and in
close contact with the natural world! That is why I believe there is

Success comes only after
failure. A quote that happened to appeared in mind. Every man who succeeds in
life always faces failure first right. There are few examples of inspiring
stories that we can take as a lesson in our life. I might bring you around the
world just to hear inspiring stories or maybe just in Southeast Asia for
example, rapid productivity gains in agriculture lifted millions out of
poverty. The rapid and sustained economic growth exhibited by the Asian “Tiger”
states – Hong-Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan – since the sixties,
followed a decade later by some members of the Association of Southeast Asian
Nations (ASEAN) countries – Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam – is an
outstanding example of success not only with respect to economic development,
but also in poverty alleviation and food security improvements. In the late
sixties, these countries were importing increasing quantities of food and
experts were pessimistic about their future ability to feed their growing
populations.
With such determination
and hard working, people found ways to manage agriculture with correct methods
like Agriculture Administrative Management. From a poverty states these
countries has improve their way of living, from a state of zero management
skills into a higher level of excellent administrative skills. How amazing can
it be when a proper management of agriculture is applied during these
processes?
Let us look at one of the Islamic scholar; Abbasids was one example of
Muslims that contributes on agriculture. He has set in motion an agricultural
revolution, this stimulated development in other parts of the. .The development
in agriculture led to the development of horticulture. Within 100 years Bagdad
and its surroundings presented the appearance of a veritable garden, the region
between Baghdad and Kufa came to be covered with prosperous towns, flourishing
villages and fine villas. The staple crops of Iraq were barley, rice, wheat,
dates, cotton, sesame and flax. The production of fruit was pursued as a
science and several new fruits were introduced in varying climates. The
Mediterranean Sea during the Abbasids had virtually been converted into an
Islamic lake. The Abbasids venture to the West led to Tunis, Alexandria, Cadiz
and Barcelona becoming famous ports, which handled flourishing trades.
Based on Abbasids story,
we can see a man can be successful when he manages his agriculture well. That
is why I believe when you manage your agriculture well, there is no problem for
you to succeed. Agriculture
has been at the centre of human civilization since, well, since civilization began
– and it remains at the heart of many of the most pressing issues for modern societies. Modern
Society they actually learn from the past, and Abbasids is one of the Islamic
scholars that we should take for example in managing our agriculture in our
daily life.

Move on with a different point of
view from an Islamic scholar to a western scholar. Let us take Sonali Bisth an
agriculture scholar from India to give her views on agriculture future
particularly on how we manage our agriculture. On her recent article, she said “Above all, most experts and respondents agree,
farmers need to be recognized as co-creators of knowledge in agriculture,
encouraged and respected for the innovations they develop. Farmers and research
institutions must be linked in a web of knowledge creation and application,
with joint responsibility for improving production and productivity through
joint trials, participatory innovation, and farmer validation of scientists’
claims.
This is the key to meeting production
challenges in the agriculture of the future”. She stressing the nation to find
a solution to this problem and one of the solutions is actually by mastering
Agriculture Administrative Management. People tend to learn more detail and
precise knowledge on managing their agriculture. I believe by learning
something you are actually gaining a lot things. It same goes with managing
agriculture, when you know how to manage it properly then there is no problem
on gaining new things. That is way of life you accept something new and use it
wisely.
Moving onto the opinion from the writer itself
and that is me. From my own views, I believe that Agriculture Administrative
Management is something that never been popularized to the world. Honestly,
even I don’t actually know anything about this particular job right until I was
given the task to do a basic research on this job. I have to admit at first I
was not that excited to even do this project but after a few attempt to search
about it, to do some reading and writing, I finally knew at least the basic
knowledge on this particular job. What do I understand about the importance of
this job? Simple theory, when we want to do a lot of things at once, we first
have managed our time. Same goes to managing agriculture, we have to learn how
to manage our agriculture first using the proper way then we can take bigger
steps on creating a better environment for the future generations.
That is why we have Agriculture Administrative
Management as a job. It is important for us to know how effective our way to
manage the farm, the land, the plantation well rather than doing it without any
guidance which only lead to failure. People have to realise the importance of
managing agriculture correctly and it will and it can improve the way of living
of future generation. Agriculture Administrative Management is important for us
and for our future. Think again on why we should get involve and learn this
particular area. We should think for the future, what we can do on our children
in the future. I truly believe Agriculture Administrative management is as
important to us the current generation and also to the future generation.

Before I end my discussion let us look at this Agriculture
Administrative Management in a conclusion. It is a job that involves management information system of enterprises,
systems and accounting procedures not forgetting how you manage your
agriculture business using the correct administrative ways. It also covers how you manage your agriculture
using proper management sciences. I also included the reasons why people choose
this job mainly because of two reasons, deep passion and curiosity. I also
found Agriculture Management Institute for an example of university that offers
this kind of courses not only in Malaysia but also from the western countries.
What made surprise was that they even funded their student to do further
research on development on agriculture management. I also did included stories
on how agriculture development in South East Asia and many more. Not forgetting
the story of Abbasids as a Muslim for his contribution to agriculture. A great
Islamic Scholar with a great idea and also the western scholar like Sonali
Bisth.
As a
conclusion, we can clearly see that Agriculture Administration Management is
important for us and for our future. Without proper management of agriculture,
I believe there is no future for us. Do not take this job for granted. Don’t
give up or even not to try something that is new just like Agriculture Administrative
Management. Like what has been quoted before by Muhammad Ali R.A. “When a man says I cannot, he has made a suggestion to himself. He
