SPORTS TRAINER
      A Sports Trainer or also known as Athletic Trainer is a certified individual who is trained in the prevention and immediate treatment of athletic injuries. The Sports Trainer provides a crucial link between the coach,player and health professional. So basically, Sports Trainer’s prime responsibility is to make sport safer. This is achieved by:Implementing appropriate injury prevention protocols,Preparing players for competition,Providing the appropriate immediate management of injuries,Providing immediate crisis management of severe injuries,Informed referral of injuries to a more qualified health professional for further advice and management,Working in conjunction with health professionals (e.g. physiotherapist or GP) to ensure a safe return to play for injured players,Educating players and coaching staff in relation to return to play principles.There are two level of Sports Trainer; level 1 Sports Trainer will be able to competently manage sporting injuries and effectively carry out DRABCB,CPR,STOP,TOTAPS,RICER while level 2 Sports Trainer will be able to effectively carry out the roles and responsibilities of the level 1 sports trainer.[1]
        Nobody realized who is behind and acts as a backbone for atheletes except coach. Sports Trainer play an important role for any sports that anybody involved. Sports Trainer can also be considered like a second doctor for athletes. Sports Trainer who work with athletes and sports teams are always around with sports and learn the games from an intimate perspective of talented players. Besides, trainers who are hired by colleges or professional team often travel with the teams, dealing with different injuries or environment working with the players as part of the coaching machine to help them win throughout the season. In a real way, Sports Trainer are literally part of the team, so when the team wins, the trainers also win as well making them want to work more for something each day,they show up for work. Besides, being part of the Sports Trainer is also good where it can simply help our body become fit. It is a good way to exercise and to develop various skills. [2]
       There are many benefits if become a Sports Trainer. Sports Trainer help to prevent and treat injuries in people who are physically active. First, people will become more aware of sports related injuries at young age. Secondly, the growing population of active middle-age and elderly individuals will increase the demand for trainers due to athletic-related to help reduce injuries such as sprains. Third, many companies are hiring sports trainers to help reduce injuries on the job. In additional, trainers may show employees how to lift items correctly or create training programmes. Besides, the sport trainers will also receive some pay. It is depends on the education and experience of the athletic trainer but who work for university or professional sports teams tend to earn the most.[3]

        Every person of faith knows that his body has been entrusted to his use for a short time is this  earthly life; he is responsible for caring for it as best he can, so he is careful about his health. Another reason why people of faith make efforts in his regards is that physical health is a quality that Allah draws attention to in the quran. For example, it can be seen in verse 144 of surat al-a’raf in which Allah speaks to Musa a.s and chooses him to lead the children of israil, that accounts about him tell of his physical strength. Narrated ‘Abdullah bin Umar: Allah’s apostle said, ‘surely! Everyone of you is a guardian and is responsible for his charges: The Imam (ruler) of the people is a guardian and is responsible for his subjects; a man is the guardian of his family (household) and is responsible for his subject; a women is the guardian of her husband home and of his children and is responsible for them; and the slave of a man is a guardian of his master’s property and is responsible for it. Surely. Everyone of you is a guardian and responsible for his charges.’[4]

        Become a sports trainer will gives in society. Sports trainer will help to provide structured programmes that take place in a safe way, fun and focus on athletic enhancement and personal self-improvement. Society will be in an environment where they feel safe, trying new skills and movements and experience short term failure to achieve long term success by challenging their current abilities. The athletes, especially will feel safe whenever they having any trainings because the sports trainer will provide a proper medicine, work out accordingly, and they will also have a workshop for the beginners.[5]

        Become a sports trainer is really fun and interesting where is the world of adventure that you can enjoy within the profession. They are many ways to encourage people, one of it are promote about the advantanges of being sports trainer. Beside, it can be done by promote about the progammes. For example physical fitness and health programmes. Give briefing more about sports trainer and conduct various activities so that they know the techniques.[6]

      In the beginning, we are note that islam encourage anything that is pure and beneficial for man. It encourages a muslim to be strong and to seek the means of strength, in his hadith, the prophet commands us saying: “teach your children swimming, archery and horse riding.” This direct call to practice sports shows the great impotance islam places on sports in training the muslim and making their bodies healthy and sound. It is no wonder also to hear the saying: “ A sound mind is in a sound body.”[7]
In islamic scholars views Dr Abdul Hamid referred to some Islamic concepts that make a basis for embracing athleticism as a way of life for any muslim. “In islam , we talk about strength in everything we commands us to have strength in everthingwe do, not just faith. Sports trainer in islam is the strength for the body. People ofthen reference a popular phrase in the Islamic tradition that says: “God is beautiful and he loves beauty,” to inspire muslims to look themselves, their communities and their mosques.[8]

      Sports trainer is a health care professional who collaborate with physicians to optimize activity and participation of patients and athletes. To become sports trainer one must have a degree from an accredited professional level education program and sit for Board of Certification (BOC)
When I decided Sports and Exercise Medicine was to be my vocation, I needed to ‘skill up’. Apart from absorption (watching and listening to other’s work),Sports Medicine Australia (SMA) was able to bridge the education gap in basic clinical examination – and which still exists today. As one progresses professionally, you learn that things don’t always automatically go the way you want. There are people and groups with alternate views. You need help and advice. Someone to bounce off. Someone to advocate for you. This is SMA’s other great value. While we generally belong to discipline groups, the broad church of SMA has great capacity and ability. In Victoria, government has seen SMA as an important organisation to help deliver it’s programs and policy agendas.The benefits are not only for our needs, but more importantly, those of the group we set out to serve when we chose our vocation, the community whether elite sportsperson, the elderly who walk their dog every day and those in between. I think SMA membership, any way you look, is great value for money.[9]

      There are working conditions if become a sports trainer. As part of a complete healthcare team, The certified athletic trainer/ sports trainer works under the direction of a physician and in cooperation with other healthcare professional, athletics administrators, coaches and parents. The certified sports trainer gets to know each patient and can treat injuries more effectively. Athletic trainers work in variety of different professional including : Professional and collegiate sports, secondary and intermediate schools, sports medicine clinics, law enforcement and military, physicians offices.[10]
