MASTER OF REPAIRING REFRIGERATOR

According to Oxford Dictionary, refrigerator means an appliance or compartment which is artificially kept cool and used to store food and drink. Modern refrigerators generally make use of the cooling effect produced when a volatile liquid is forced to evaporate in a sealed system in which it can be condensed back to liquid outside the refrigerator.

Generally refrigerator refer to a common household appliance that consists of thermally insulated compartment and a heat pump (mechanical, electronic, or chemical) that transfers heat from the inside of the fridge to its external environment so that the inside of the fridge is cooled to a temperature below the ambient temperature of the room.

Refrigeration is a process in which work is done to move heat from one location to another. The work of heat transport is traditionally driven by mechanical work, but can also be driven by heat, magnetism, electricity, laser, or other means.

Besides that, refrigeration is an essential food storage technique in developed countries. Lower temperatures in a confined volume lowers the reproduction rate of bacteria, so it will reduces the rate of spoilage. A refrigerator maintains a temperature a few degrees above the freezing point of water. The optimum temperature range for perishable food storage is 3 to 5 °C (37 to 41 °F).

Freezer is one of the similar examples of refrigerator. It’s maintaining the temperature below the freezing point of water. The refrigerator replaced the icebox, was a common household appliance for almost a century and a half prior. For this reason, a refrigerator is sometimes referred to as an icebox.

This topic was chose because it can help the poor people or the people who are not excel in their studies to easily get a job and it will decrease the unemployment rate. For the employers who want and seek a good quality of the employees sometimes they will set high requirement for the job that they offered to the job applicants. This situation will gives the disadvantages to the people who are did not excel in their studies because they did not qualified enough to apply for the job.

Thus it will increase the unemployment rate and they will become jobless and did not have sufficient money to support their self and family. They also are exposed to the all dangerous disease that can cause death if they felt sick but they did not take the medicine or they did not make future prevention.

Repairing the refrigerator is the job that identifies and fixed the part of the refrigerator that has broken or damage. The very important thing is they must know how to repair and fixed the refrigerator.

For those employees that did not know how, they can learn step by step how to repair it. Process of learning will take place at this situation which the workers will learn something new that will help the workers to know about the part of the refrigerator which it will make their job easier during repairing stages.

This repairing job will be though if all workers did not have strive their best and give all out during working time, so while working they must set in their mind to pay a fully attention in order to make themselves can detect and identify the problem correctly.

Repairing the refrigerator is actually quite easy. This is because it’s requiring only a little knowledge about the appliance and a little patience.

For the maintenance, it is important to know the basic about the refrigerator. Before they go further about how to repair the refrigerator they must master about the two basic components for refrigerators.

The two basic components are a condenser coil and an evaporator coil. A liquid coolant is circulated through these coils by a compressor and a motor. The refrigerant liquid is cooled in the condenser then it flows to the evaporator.

At the evaporator, the air in the unit is cooled by contact with the liquid-filled coil. The condenser of a refrigerator is the coil on the outside of the unit and the evaporator is the coil on the inside. The coolant is circulated through the system by a compressor.

Most of the refrigerators are frost-free. In this type of unit, a heater is automatically turned on by a timer in order to melt the frost inside the unit. Frost is melted by the heater at several different spots in the unit, starting with the coldest and most frosted areas.

When the frost is completely melted, the thermostat automatically switches to a cooling cycle in order to maintain the standard freezing temperature. Because this process is automatic, frost does not build up inside the box.

After know the two basic components for the refrigerator, they also must know the basic tools that are needed to repair the refrigerator. Let’s take a look at definition for tool for further explanation.

Anthropologists believe that the use of tools was an important step in the evolution of mankind. A tool is any physical item that can be used to achieve a goal, especially if the item is not consumed in the process. Informally the word is also used to describe a procedure or process with a specific purpose. Tool use by humans dates back millions of years, and other animals are also known to employ simple tools.

Tools that are used in particular fields or activities may have different designations such as "instrument", "utensil", "implement", "machine", or "apparatus". The set of tools needed to achieve a goal is "equipment". The knowledge of constructing, obtaining and using tools is technology.

Tools or equipments are very important things that they should always remember because the maintenances are needed to bring it anywhere during their work time in order to make their job easier.

Firstly, a functioning thermometer. It help them to find out where the fault lies and in order to do this it require would a functioning thermometer. Therefore, the thermometer is one of the best troubleshooting tools that you did come across when it comes to refrigerator repair. Multimeter is basically devices that help read resistance offered, voltage as well as current flowing through a particular component of your fridge.

Lastly is a device to detect leaks. It is a device that functions as a leak detector as there are plenty of cases wherein the coolant refrigerator leaks. Whatever the form of leak, it would definitely prevent your refrigerator from functioning well. Thus these three basic tools or equipments will make the job become easier.

The next importance things that employees should not obey after identify the basic components for the refrigerator and the tools for repair, is to always maintaining the good manners during working hour. When we are dealing with work or works, as the responsible employees, we are compulsory to maintaining the good manners.

Good manners or acting appropriate in a way that is socially acceptable and respectful, display respect care and consideration for others. Excellent manners can help the employees to have a better relationship between the regular customers and new customers. For the example is when the employees are dealing with the customers they must speak politely.

Keep the volume of the voice as low as possible while still allowing people to hear our voice. Employers must always remind the concept “customers are always right” to their employees.

Good manners do not mean that no joke and cut-up, and have a sense of humor. Do not get confuse good manners with being stuffed shirt and overly reserved, so to speak.

When all of the employees are practicing good manners during their working time, automatically they will emphasize about timeliness. The meaning of timeliness here is refers to the attendance and anything jobs or tasks that are related to time.

Time is a dimension in which events can be ordered from the past through the present into the future, and also the measure of durations of events and the intervals between them. Time has long been a major subject of study in religion, philosophy, and science, but defining it in a manner applicable to all fields without circularity has consistently eluded scholars.

Nevertheless, diverse fields such as business, industry, sports, the sciences, and the performing arts all incorporate some notion of time into their respective measuring systems. Some simple, relatively uncontroversial definitions of time include "time is what clocks measure" and "time is what keeps everything from happening at once".

They must go to work as the time scheduled for them to ensure they arrive at the workplace on time. When they arrived at the exact time, the business can operate as usual and all other thing that need to be done for that day can be done and run smoothly without any obstacle. This show the advantage when the workers are concern about the timeliness in their self.

Next is about the time that is promised to the customers for repairing their refrigerators. It is our mandate to fulfill our promise to the customers for ensuring their refrigerator is fully repair and checked as the promise on the date and the time. Failed to fulfill the promises, automatically it will give negative perceptions or negative impacts towards the businesses.

Allah has mentioned about the importance about the time in the Al-Quran, Surah Al-Asr: 1. By Al-'Asr (the time).2. Verily! Man is in loss,3. Except those who believe (in Islamic Monotheism) and do righteous good deeds, and recommend one another to the truth which Allah has ordained, and abstain from all kinds of sins and evil deeds (Al-Munkar)which Allah has forbidden), and recommend one another to patience.

It show and explain to us how time is very important which means we must use the time wisely. For those who are not using the time wisely for sure they are in loss because the time that has passed is history.

As a Muslim, it is important to us concern about the important of the time as well as the important about cleanliness. Having a clean and friendly workplace is a very important element in getting the best that you can out of your business.

A workplace that is cluttered and unpleasant gives the impression of an overload of work and a lack of care, but an office that is clean, tidy and neat is an example of organization that your staff can follow. As well as making your offices clean and smart, it is also important to make them comfortable to keep your employees happy. A company that is comfortable and pleasant to be in will be more productive because employees will be able to focus more easily on their work.

Providing clean facilities to improve and comfort the staff in the workplace. Make a regular cleaning is important and it can comfort us at the workplace. Hiring a commercial cleaning services to come twice a week and clean the offices is a good move because this will keep your office looking smart and professional. This is particularly important if you have customers coming into your office, but it is important for employee morale too. Having a clean office is vitally important in maintaining hygiene standards and creating a happy workplace too.

Allah emphasize about cleanliness in the Al-Quran in Surah Al-Baqarah Ayah 22 : “Allah loves those who turn to Him constantly and He loves who keep themselves pure and clean”

All people love making money. When we care about the cleanliness at our workplace, surely it will attract the customers to make some business with us. This is because the attraction clean and tidy work place. When we have our own customers, we can make some money. We can generate income from selling second-hand refrigerator that still can use and also providing repairing services. We must exactly follow the Shari’ah in order to get the income that surely Halal.

Allah hate the business that based on riba. Riba means Interest. Riba is forbidden in Islamic economic jurisprudence and considered as a major sin. Simply, unjust gains in trade or business, generally through exploitation.

There are two types of riba discussed by Islamic jurists: an increase in capital without any services provided and speculation (Maisir), which is prohibited by the Qur'an, and commodity exchanges in unequal quantities, also prohibited in the Qur'an.

As mentioned in the Al-Quran in Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 275 “1) Those who eat Riba (usury) will not stand (on the Day of Resurrection) except like the standing of a person beaten by Shaitan (Satan) leading him to insanity. That is because they say: "Trading is only like Riba (usury has permitted trading and forbidden Riba (usury). So whosoever rec)," whereas Allah eives an admonition from his Lord and stops eating Riba (usury) shall not be punished for the past; his case is for Allah (to judge); but whoever returns (to Riba (usury)), such are the dwellers of the Fire - they will abide therein.”

Narrated Ibn 'Umar: Muhammad said, "The selling of wheat for wheat is Riba (usury) except if it is handed from hand to hand and equal in amount. Similarly the selling of barley for barley, is Riba except if it is from hand to hand and equal in amount, and dates for dates is usury except if it is from hand to hand and equal in amount.

Thus we as a Muslim must ensure that we are far away from the business that clearly based on riba’.

Repairing the refrigerator give many advantages or benefits to the society. First, this type of job does not have higher job requirement, it require a little knowledge. Thus it will give more opportunity job to the people who are poor and for those who are not excel in their study and reduce the rate of unemployment.

This is because repairing refrigerator is actually not complicated as we imagine. Its just need a little bit level of patient for the one who might did not know nothing how to repair the refrigerator. For them, they just need to pay 100% attention during their practical session and know about the two basic components for the refrigerator.

When they give their full attention in their work, it will help them to master about the refrigerator rapidly. For this category of employees will be like by the boss or employer because they give their attention.

Next, when they have already master about the refrigerator and have sufficient money, they can open their own repairing shop. Now, they can provide or open their own repairing services and hire an assistant to assist at the shop.

Besides providing repairing services, they also can buy the damage or unused refrigerator, then repair and fixed the refrigerator and then sell to the customer who are not have sufficient money to buy the new refrigerator at the shop. By doing that, it helps them to generate their own income and also provide more job opportunity for others.

In a nut shell, this field must be expanded because it have many benefits and advantages compared to disadvantages as stated above that can help unlucky or poor people. This field must be expanded by involvement of government.

A government is the system by which a state or community is governed. In British English(and that of the Commonwealth of Nations), a government more narrowly refers to the particular executive in control of a state at a given timeknown in American English as an administration. In American English, government refers to the larger system by which any state is organized.

Government should play an important role and take a part in order to increase the total opportunity job on this job and to expanded this field. Government can give some funds or donation to support the effort in making this type of job is expanded to the whole country that will help to reduce the unemployment rate and poor rate at the country.

This field also must be expanded with Shari’ah in order to close our self to Allah and to get His Hidayah and also happiness in Here After. This is because we as a Muslim must follow the order and instruction from Allah directly without any doubtfulness.

Generally we know the culture in businesses nowadays is based on briber, gambling, interest and many more. We should avoid from doing all this things in our business because Allah do not like people who are violate His orders.

When our businesses are based on Islamic principal, surely the businesses are practicing and following the flow and instruction from Allah in managing the businesses. Thus Allah will like is because we follow exactly what Allah said.

As the result, this field must be expended by government involvement and based on Shari’ah in order to ensure this field is expended and can help the jobless people to get the job and provide some money to support their life and family and also can change their life into a better one.
