MASTER OF REPAIRING
TELEVISION
Repairing television is the job that
everyone cannot to do it. It is because the person who want to become master of
repairing television must have certain skill that is not have on the other
person. As an example, anyone who want to become master of repairing television
must know how to open the part of the television, know what is the problem and
also know how to repair it.
Every name must have their definitions. It is
same also for television. Television or also known as TV is a telecommunication
medium for transmitting and receiving moving images that can be monochrome or
other meaning is black-and-white or colored, with or without accompanying
sound.
Linguistically, [1]the
word television was came from mixed of Latin and Greek word that means “far
sight”. Tele which came from Greek word means “far” and visio
which was came from Latin word is means “sight”.
Nowadays, if their home does not have television, their person who live
at that house will be called as ‘outdated’. This is because, they will not know
what are happens surrounding and they also do not know what happen in the world
right now including politics, disaster, accident, earthquake and other else.
All of this information can be know from television through news and other
source that can be reach through television. This is why television is one of
the most important thing that every house that exist in the world must have.
This topic is very interesting for
me. That is why I choose this topic. This is because, not everyone can be
master of repairing television. Besides, this job is among unpopular job for
Malaysian. This happen because they think negatively about this job. They think
that this job is for the person who are not succeed in their study such as fail
in examination, dismiss from school because of cheating in exam or involved in
fights at school or otherwise being caught by police because of crime they had
done. But actually, their think are absolutely wrong. They are many master of
repairing television who are success in their study but they have choose to do
this job. This is because of their interest to become master of repairing
television.
For me, I like this topic because this topic is very interesting. This
is because, this job can only be done by certain person. Not everyone can do
this job because of not many of them know how to open the television’s part,
and they also do not know what is the problem that happen to the television.
This is because, they do not learn how to become master of repairing
television. They have to attend the course the become one of the master of
repairing television.
Besides, if they become master of
repairing television, they can save their money from spend for repair their
television. They can use that money for other purpose that are very important
to do. Other than that, if they become master of repairing television, they can
open a shop for repairing television. From that, they can earn money every
month for them and their family uses. By this way, they can increase their
income every month besides doing their another jobs.
They are many references about
repairing television. This is because, there are many component inside the
television. Besides that, every time, there is always introduce new type of
television. So, every time, the component inside the television is increasing.
Because of that, the references about repairing television will become many and
master of repairing television have to update about it and always study about
it to make them become more easier to repair the television.

electrically were sent by early mechanical fax machines, including the pantelegraph.
The pantelegraph was developed in the late nineteenth century. Besides that,
the concept of electrically powered transmission of television images in motion
was first sketched in 1878 as telephonoscope, shortly after the invention of
the telephone.
After that, in 1881, the actual
practice that use scanning to transmit images in the pantelegraph through the
use of the pendulum-based scanning mechanism. Three years after that, which was
in 1884, a 23-year-old university student in Germany that is Paul Gottlieb
Nipkow, patented the first electromechanical television system which employed a
scanning disk, that is a spinning disk with a series of hole spiraling toward
the center, for the rasterization.
Few years after that, there were born many inventor such as Boris Rosing
who is Russian scientist, became the first inventor to use CRT in the receiver
of an experimental television system. After that, Scottish inventor, John Logie
Baird was succeed in demonstrating the transmission of moving silhouette images
in London in 1925 and monochromatic images in 1926.
There are many impact of repairing
television. The customers and the master of repairing television both have the
impact of repairing television.
First and foremost, for the customers, they have to spend more money to
repair their television. This is because, the cost to replace the damage things
inside the television are quite expensive. If the television are more
expensive, so the cost to repair the television also are more expensive. As an example,
if the screen of LCD television broken, so the customers have to spend quite
high of money to repair it. It also not included the payment to the person who
repair the television. So when final payment has release, the customers have to
paid for the person who is repair the television and also the cost to repair
the television.
Besides that, for the person who
repair the television, there also have the impact when repairing the
television. They maybe can get injured because of using the electronic machine
to repair it. In the other hand, they also face injury if they do not follow
the procedures that have been set by the shop. They also have to wear safety
suit to avoid from getting injury such as proper shoes and proper attire.
Furthermore, they also will get scolded by the employer and also the customer
if they have doing wrong during the repairing process and maybe they have to
pay compensation.
So, the person who is repair the television and also the customers
cannot avoid from getting the impact of repairing television.
There are many motivation factors
for repairing television. These motivation factors are the factors that make
the person willing to continue their job although they face many difficulties.
First and foremost, good wages is among the factors that will make the
person to accept the job or not. The good wages will become a real motivator
only if an employee is not making enough money to meet their basic needs such
as food and drink, clothes, house and other else. If the person in this
situation, they will become more eager to know about the bonuses and other
things to meet their needs to continue their lives.
Besides, the next factors is
challenging and exciting work. Nowadays, many of the person choose their job
based on their interest and also challenging work. This is because, for them,
they will become more spiritual to do their job no matter how hard it is. This
will make them become more interesting to do their job and will make them
become more hardworking in their job. When this happen, they will increase
their chance to getting higher level of position. By this way, their wages are
also increase and also will make them become relief because they will not think
to much to meet their basic needs. And for the person who has have a family,
absolutely higher wages are the most important things for them. This is
because, they need to spend more money on their family.
In the other hand, the other factor is job security. This factor also is
one of the most important thing the person will consider in order to accept the
job or vice versa. This is because, everybody in this world need money to
continue their life and also to do what they want to do. So the percentage of
someone getting the job is higher if the job is guaranteed. Besides, if the job
security is not offered, they might face the risk of getting fired from their
job. If this happen, they cannot continue their life as usual. They will start
to make loan from people to meet their basic needs. So, eventually, they cannot
settle all their debt. Because of this, it is clear why job security are the
next factor that can make a person to accept the job or not.
Besides that, as a workers, they
also should have their good attitude so that the customers will become more
happy to deal with them.
So, as workers, they need to become honest in their jobs. So that, the
customers and also the employer will become satisfy with them. If they do not
become honest, it will make the business to crush. It is because, they will
steal the money from the employer and because of that, it will make a big loss
to the business. Besides, in Islam, it is haram for a person to steal
money from anyone and it count as a big sin. If they also do not become honest
to customer, they will make the customer to not doing business with them
anymore. So, it will make their profit down. The customer also can make a
report to the police about the worker who are not being honest in their deal.
In other hand, the workers also have
to be more discipline person. When the workers become more discipline, it will
increase their chances to get up their level of job. Besides, it also will
increase the business profit because people are very trust to do business with
them because of the discipline attitude. The workers who have a discipline
attitude in their life will come to the work on time. So they will not make a
problem to their employer. Furthermore, people who have a discipline also will
become a discipline person with others and anything they do. As an example,
they will do solat on time without delay to do it.
Furthermore, the other thing that
the workers should have is patience. In Islam, patience is among the act that
the Muslims are required to fulfill. It is because, not every one can be
patience in all aspect. The person who are actually practise patience in their
life is someone who is have high iman and taqwa to the God. Why
patience is required to practise in their job? This is because, it can prevent
something from happens at the workplace. As an example, the master of repairing
television can deal with the customers without having problems although the
customers are asking a lot of question.
[3]In Al-Quran, Allah has stated many ayah
about the importance of helping each other. In surah Al-Maidah, Allah have
stated;
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تُحِلُّواْ
شَعَآئِرَ اللّهِ وَلاَ الشَّهْرَ الْحَرَامَ وَلاَ الْهَدْيَ وَلاَ الْقَلآئِدَ
وَلا آمِّينَ الْبَيْتَ الْحَرَامَ يَبْتَغُونَ فَضْلاً مِّن رَّبِّهِمْ
وَرِضْوَاناً وَإِذَا حَلَلْتُمْ فَاصْطَادُواْ وَلاَ يَجْرِمَنَّكُمْ شَنَآنُ
قَوْمٍ أَن صَدُّوكُمْ عَنِ الْمَسْجِدِ
الْحَرَامِ أَن تَعْتَدُواْ وَتَعَاوَنُواْ عَلَى الْبرِّ وَالتَّقْوَى وَلاَ
تَعَاوَنُواْ عَلَى الإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ وَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ إِنَّ اللّهَ
شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ
O you who have
believed, do not violate the rites of Allah or [the sanctity of] the sacred
month or [neglect the marking of] the sacrificial animals and garlanding [them]
or [violate the safety of] those coming to the Sacred House seeking bounty from
their Lord and [His] approval. But when you come out of ihram, then [you may]
hunt. And do not let the hatred of a people for having obstructed you from
al-Masjid al-Haram lead you to transgress. And cooperate in righteousness and
piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah ; indeed,
Allah is severe in penalty.
(Surah Al-Maidah 5:2)
3In other verse, Allah
also has stated about the importance of work;
وَقُلِ اعْمَلُوا فَسَيَرَى اللَّهُ عَمَلَكُمْ وَرَسُولُهُ
وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ وَسَتُرَدُّونَ إِلَى عَالِمِ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ
فَيُنَبِّئُكُمْ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ
And say, "Do [as you will], for Allah will
see your deeds, and [so, will] His Messenger and the believers. And you will be
returned to the Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, and He will inform you
of what you used to do."
(Surah At-Tawbah 9:105)
The
Prophet Muhammad S.A.W also has said about the importance being honestly in the
work;
عن عبد الله بن عمر رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول
الله صلى الله عليه و سلم: « التَّاجِرُ الأَمِينُ الصَّدُوقُ الْمُسْلِمُ مَعَ
الشُّهَدَاءِ – وفي رواية: مع النبيين و الصديقين و الشهداء – يَوْمَ
الْقِيَامَةِ » رواه ابن ماجه والحاكم والدارقطني وغيرهم
From 'Abdullah ibn' Umar
radhiallahu 'anhu that Rasuluillah sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said, "An
honest Muslim merchant and trust (trusted) will be (gathered) with the Prophet,
shiddiq people and the martyrs on the day Resurrection (later). "
Someone who become master
of repairing television have many benefits for himself and for other people
they are helping.
First and foremost, for himself, they will get a reward from the God
because of helping other people. In Islam, Muslims is required to help whoever
that have problem without choose their religion. This is because, by this way,
it can attract someone to convert to Islam because of the kindness that was
shown by the Muslims.
Besides, the benefits for
other people that they are helping is they can solve the problem that are
facing by that person. As we know, when someone have their own problems, they
will find whoever that are willing to help them. It is so lucky for them if
someone are willing to help solve their problems because they will not feel the
burden of the problems alone. They also will become more relief if their
problems can be solve.
As a conclusion, all of the job that have in this world are halal
for Muslims to performed it as long as the job follows the shari’ah that
are prescribed by Islam. Besides, although they have to do many jobs, as a
Muslims, they also cannot forget to perform their duty to Allah S.W.T such as
doing solat on time and do not leave it. The jobs also being more barakah
if they have intention to do the job because of Allah and because of that, they
will also get reward from the God.
